CBS News is reporting that Toys ‘R’Us could be making a comeback. Earlier this year the retailer closed it doors due to bankruptcy.

A group of investors is planning for Toy’s ‘R’ Us to make a comeback. In bankruptcy court on Tuesday a group made of secured lenders said that it will not be holding an auction to sell all of Toys ‘R’ Us assets. The group believes that they can get a better return on their investment by reviving the iconic brand than it can from selling off everything that the store owned. The group will attempt to establish a “company that maintains existing global license agreements and can invest in and create new, domestic, retail operating businesses under the Toys ‘R’ Us and Babies ‘R’ Us names.”
