Becoming‘s publisher, Penguin Random House has ordered an additional 800,000 copies. The first print run was 1.8 million copies. According to a company report, the book sold 725,000 copies in its first 24 hours!
Penguin Random House knew that the book would sell but not like this! The CEO, Madeline McIntosh called the public response, “extraordinary.”
