Prominent black leaders in Virginia want to give Governor Ralph Northam a second chance. Five prominent figures in the Commonwealth’s black community spoke in front of the state capitol calling to forgive Governor Northam. Former Richmond City councilman Richardson said rather than wallowing in a desire for revenge, we can use this as an opportunity to advance the cause of African Americans in this country.
