Rapper Big Sean has decided to celebrate his birthday by opening up about his mental health. Sean has revealed that he has battled depression and anxiety in the past, and thanks to his therapist has become stronger and healther.

Sean posted a video where he explained that he started to spiral last year around his birthday. He says he had to step back for a minute and examine why he was feeling the way that he was.

According to Sean his therapist helped him find clarity through a self evaluation that caused him to look at the people who were in his circle of friends. He says that he started to do a lot of things for himself.
