Eric Holder, the man who allegedly shot and killed rapper Nipsey Hussle plead not guilty in a Los Angeles courtroom earlier today. His bond was set at $5 million and he has to go back to court on May 10. Holder is being represented by Christopher Darden…the man who once was a part of the team prosecuting O.J. Simpson for the double murder of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.

Holder is charged with 1 count of murder, 2 counts of attempted murder and 1 count of possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

We’ve been keeping you updated on this story since it broke on Sunday. Nipsey was at his Marathon Clothing store to help a friend get some clothes after just getting out of prison when he was gunned down.
