The Whopper just got better! Or did it? #BurgerKing announced that they will be releasing an #ImpossibleBurger that is plant-based, nationwide.
In 2019, Burger King did a trial run to see how successful the burger would be. This created a buzz and they became one of the biggest fast-food restaurants to sell a vegan burger. A team member of the Burger King establishment said “Our Impossible Whopper test in St. Louis went exceedingly well and as a result we plan to extend testing into additional markets in the very near future”.
Food critics claim that the whopper will taste very identical to beef. They ran tests and #BurgerKing customers could not tell the difference between the meat Whopper and the plant based Whoppers.
