The infamous “wall” our President has anticipated for years may be coming into fruition. A group by the name of ‘We Build The Wall’ started a GoFundMe campaign to privately fund the project of building the wall on private property.
The group was started by an Air Force Veteran, the same veteran who confirmed that the construction of the wall on a private property has started. The donations on their GoFundMe will finance this project. How ironic is it that after a federal judge says Trump can not spend billions of dollars on this “border protection wall”, an organization contributes to these efforts and is getting away with it?
A CNN team was said to have been near the area where heavy machines and construction have began. The site is near the Texas and New Mexico line in El Paso. A member of the organization provided a statement to CNN. He says “It’s amazing to me how crowdfunding can successfully raise a lot of money and how many Americans care about this”. Apparently, there are a lot of people who support this idea and the GoFundMe raised millions of dollars.
Members took to social media to say “All the haters said it was impossible! Bahaha where ya at now?”.We are all anxious to see the results of what the organization is constructing.
