Today, Arkansas authorities confirmed the remains of 4 year old #MaleahDavis . The remains were located on Friday during a search for the young girl and today it has been confirmed and positively identified. The cause and manner of her death are still under review.
For those who may not know, the 4 year old was reported missed in the beginning of May by her mother’s ex-fiance, Derion Vence. When he reported that she was missing, he told police that #Maleah was abducted by a group of men. Later investigators found signs of decay and blood evidence in his car and apartment. Vence was later arrested for suspicio of tampering with a human corpse.
His story has raised so many questions and social media has been buzzing about this situation for almost a month now. He says they were both abducted, along with his own son but he was let go with his son, and they kept Maleah. Cops later found video footage of Vence being dropped off at a hospital in the car he claims was stolen.
A roadside mowing tram spotted the garbage bag last week and reported to authorities that it has a foul smell. This contained Maleah’s remains. We hope her family gets justice and please, stop leaving your children with strangers.
