The San Antonio legend #TonyParker told sources that he has decided to retire from the game after 18 long seasons. He took to Twitter to share his statement saying “It’s with a lot of emotion that I retire from basketball, it was an incredible journey! Even in my wildest dreams, I never thought I would live all those unbelievable moments with the NBA and the French National Team. Thank you for everything!”.

During Tony’s career, he has been a six-time All Star player and played with the Spurs for 17 years. He has won 4 championships along with teammates #TimDuncan and #ManuGinobli. #TonyParker’s last season was spent with the #CharlotteHornets. He finishes his career with averages of 15.5 points, 5.6 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game.

What are his plans after retirement? He is planning to move to San Antonio and return to his homeplace in France to coach a French professional basketball club with both men and women teams.
