Singer R. Kelly has been arrested for sex crimes…AGAIN! The Northern District of Illinois returned a 13-count indictment against the singer earlier this week, and he was arrested late Thursday night. The 52-year old was picked up by Homeland Security officers in New York for charges that include child pornography and obstruction of justice.
Last month Kelly was in a Chicago courtroom where he plead not guilty to 11 charges related to sexual assault in Illinois. He was charged with 5 counts of aggravated sexual abuse, 4 counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, along with 2 counts of criminal sexual assault
Those charges stem from alleged inappropriate contact between Kelly and a victim under the age of 18 back in 2010.
