On a serious note, this is the sophomore year for the singer. His 2017 album, #TheChief was on Billboard charts along with his hit single #ClassicMan. Now, fans are anticipating what to expect from the Nigerian native. He tweeted a synopsis along with his visual to give viewers the inside scoop.
He told a short story of his life including details about suicide and his upbringing. He also mentioned how he lost his house in a foreclosure auction. The story is detailed, yet inspiring because we all have witnessed who #Jidenna has become. “With Afrobeats in full stride on a global scale, the time certainly feels right for Jidenna- who’s long waved the flag for his Nigerian side”.
