Janet Roneice Kelly is charged with a number of crimes including trafficking in opium or herion, trafficking in oxycodone by possession, trafficking in oxycodone by transportation and two counts of obtaining presciption drugs by fraud or forgery.
WRAL is reporting that she is(was after this) a bus driver for Leesville Road Elementary School.
She was being held in the Wake County jail under a $4 million bond.
