Now BP has hired more than 500 workers to help clean up what’s now the worst oil spill in U.S. history.
BP’s longterm solution would be to drill a releif well that would be in place by August. BP also said costs for the spill has reached $990 million. Today President Obama plans to meet with the co-chairmen of an independent commission investigating the spill.
