Since Bill Cosby has now been convicted of sexual assault, he will be stand in front of a judge to receive his sentence on September 24th. Cosby’s lawyers asked the judge presiding over the case to delay the sentence until the end of the year. The three aggravated indecent assault charges will more than likely be lumped together into one charge that carries a 5-10 year sentence.

Cosby has been on house arrest at his Philadelphia home since his April 26 conviction. He will be required to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law and will undergo an assessment to determine if he is a sexually violent predator.
