Colin Firth and Emily Blunt will be in Raleigh this week shooting scenes for their film “Arthur Newman, Golf Pro.” To accomodate shooting, several streets will be closed.
Here is a rundown of the closures:
The 200 block Fayetteville Street and the City Plaza will be closed from 5 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The 200 block of West Martin will be closed from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The 200 block of S. McDowell Street will be closed intermittently for short periods of time from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Filming will affect parking along several streets:
All parking spaces on the 200 block of Fayetteville Street from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
All parking spaces on the 00 block of West Martin Street between Salisbury and Wilmington Street from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Parking spaces 311 through 315 on the east side of the 200 block of South Salisbury Street from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Parking spaces 119, 120, 121, and 122 as well as the loading zone adjacent to Market Plaza on the west side of the 200 block of South Wilmington Street from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
All parking spaces on the 200 block of West Martin Street from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
In case of rain, scenes will be filmed Thursday.
