A Florida man was arrested for using a courtesy cup to get soda from McDonald’s. He was given the cup after asking for water which would have been free but nooooooooooo he figured he would fill up on soda instead. When the manager approached him he refused to pay for the soda and proceeded to curse him out.He was originally charged with petty theft but it was changed to a felony because he has previous petty theft convictions. He can face up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Hmmmmmmmmm how many of us have committed this petty crime that could land us in prison (raises hand). Another question….. a man can get arrested in Florida for pouring soda instead of water but walk free for shooting an innocent teenager (RIP TRAYVON MARTIN)
