In the 2008 Presidential election, 65% of African-Americans that were eligible to vote exercised that right.  Approximately 46 million Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 are eligible to vote, but threats of apathy and voter ID laws are threatening to cut into those numbers at the polls.

To combat the problem The National Urban League has sent out this PSA emphasizing the need for young people to recognize their “Power.”
