Uh Oh looks like a lil trouble in Kimye land. According to a legal expert Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband Kris is legally considered the father of her baby with Kanye. Yep! Since Kim and Kris are still married it is presumed by law that he is legally the baby daddy and can even attempt to claim custody.WHAT!!!! Can you imagine Kris trying to claim Kanye’s baby????
