The Boston Marathon headquarters has been locked down after a reported explosion near the finish line. Two blasts were heard and no one is being allowed in or out of the hotel. 2 people have been reported dead and at least 23 people have been reported injured. Runners who had not finished were diverted to a family meeting area.
