Letter Containing Poison Mailed To President Obama

What’s really going on. First the Boston Marathon Bombing, then Senator Roger Wicker was mailed a letter containing ricin and President Obama has been mailed a letter containing Ricin. Ricin has been used in assassinations in the past. A tiny amount, the equivalent of a few grains of salt, can be deadly. It is poisonous if inhaled. Ricin kills by binding to proteins and preventing protein synthesis in humans. Proteins are vital to the human body. Proteins carry out thousands of chemical reactions within cells that help us to move around, digest food, and protects us from virus and bacteria. Without proteins, death occurs within 3-5 days. The letter sent to President Obama was intercepted at an off-site White House mail facility. Federal officials told NBC News that they believe they know who sent the letters, but no arrest have been made yet….
