Well Shena Shares 3rd Annual Prom Promises have teamed up with Reaching Your Goals Inc. and are giving away free Prom dresses this Friday from 4pm until 7pm at Mary E. Phillips High School located at 1923 Milburnie Rd in Raleigh. The dresses are absolutely free and we have all different sizes, colors and styles.
