After a week of interviews and excitement over the missing 3 girls in Cleveland that was rescued by neighbor, Charles Ramsey who said the $25,000 reward money should go to the young ladies….. another neighbor has stepped up saying it was he who rescued Amanda Berry. Angel Cordero, who lives across the street and speak little English, said he was he who first saw and rescued Amanda Berry, getting her out of the house and Charles came after the fact.
