Capitol Hill Lockdown Lifted; Suspected Shooter Hit By Gunfire
CNN reports that authorities have said the shooting situation at Capitol Hill has been resolved. Reportedly, police stopped a vehicle which may have had the woman suspected of the shooting, some words were exchanged and she took off.
