While many people may think that Jay-Z has little to no experience in the sports agency realm, one thing that he does know, is how to negotiate. Seattle Mariners, Robinson Cano did not get the $300 million contract he was looking for, but he did sign a 10 year contract for $225 million with an extra $15 million that Jay-Z asked for, totaling to a $240 million contract.
