breakuppic Cheat and You Must Pay….maybe it should become law. A Georgia man learned the hard and costly way, he cheated on his fiance and has been ordered to pay her $50,000 big ones. Melissa Cooper sued her fiance Christopher Ned Kelley for breaching his promise to marry her. The couple lived together and had a child in 2000,in 2004 Christopher proposed to Melissa with a$10,000 ring. This was not the first time he had been caught cheating on Melissa. Cooper took him back after he promised to be faithful but once again in 2011 Mr. Kelly was caught again and was ordered to move out with his children including a child from a previous relationship. Cooper sued Kelley for fraud and breach of promise and the court ruled in Cooper’s favor, awarding damages and attorneys’ fees totaling $50,000. Read more here from courthousenews.com.
