The last four years have been a whirlwind for Hawaii-native, Bruno Mars — number one hits, Grammys, headlining tours, and a reputation for having one of the most energetic stage shows of his generation. And now, later today, he has the prestigious honor of performing on an event that only music’s biggest and most revered artists are allowed to touch: halftime at the Super Bowl.
Last year, Queen Bey took to the stage in grand fashion, giving one of the best halftime shows in recent memory, and this year, Mars is to be joined on stage by rock legends the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
