After currently facing charges for a drunken episode with the cops earlier in the year, Ray J is now professing his love for the cops. Two cops let Ray J go after pulling him over for texting and driving, but not before they took a picture with the celeb. They are now under investigation. Ray J claims they did nothing wrong.
