This morning Teresa Giudice pleaded for leniency after her husband was sentenced to 41 months in prison for wire and bankruptcy fraud. The Giudice’s must also pay about 415,000 in restitution and her husband must also enter an alcohol treatment program. Teresa is faces over 20 months in prison and is wishing to serve her time under home detention in order to take care of their four children, who she says will be separated if both she and her husband are incarcerated due to the fact that they do not have any relatives that can house all four children. Teresa will be sentenced on Thursday.
