A chilling Snapchat video captured by one of the victims in the tragic Emanuel AME Church massacre in South Carolina has been circulating around the internet. Tywanza Sanders, the youngest person killed during the shooting, posted a video of the bible study group just moments before Dylann Storm Roof opened fire. The video footage shows a White man sitting at the end of the table. The bible study group welcomed him to join the table an hour before he took their lives. “I didn’t notice until now that Dylann was just a few people away from Wanza,” said one of Sanders’ friends. “You can slightly see him in the right corner of the screenshot.” Other friends of Sanders took to Twitter to share their thoughts about him. “He was literally a walking angel, always positive and uplifting,” said one person. Emanuel AME Church Victim’s Son Gives Heartfelt Message

Chris Singleton, a college baseball player whose mom, Sharonda Coleman Singleton, was one of the victims, spoke out about the incident. “Love is always stronger than hate,” he said, as he stood before a crowd at Goose Creek High School in suburban Charleston. “So if we just love the way my mom would, then the hate won’t be anywhere close to where the love is.” Read more.

Dylann Storm Roof’s family has been under scrutiny as people try to figure out what would prompt him to commit such a heinous crime. Still in shock and disgusted by the incident, Roof’s uncle recently shared his thoughts on the situation. “The whole world is going to be looking at his family who raised this monster,” said Carson Cowles. “I’d be the executioner myself if they would allow it.” Roof’s mother claimed that the 21-year-old kept to himself and that she “never raised him to be like this.” Read more.

According to reports, Dylann Storm Roof had been planning the Emanuel AME Church massacre for months. His roommate, Dalton Tyler, recently gave an inside look into Roof’s life during an interview. “He was big into segregation and other stuff,” said Tyler. “He said he wanted to start a civil war. He said he was going to do something like that and then kill himself.” He also mentioned that Roof’s parents gifted him with a gun for his birthday. One of Roof’s other friends, Joseph Meek Jr., said that he recently went on a racist rant in public. “He said blacks were taking over the world. Someone needed to do something about it for the white race,” said Meek. “He said he wanted segregation between whites and blacks.” Read more.
