Texas High School Left With Empty Classrooms After Threats Made Against Black Students

One fearful parent from Killeen, TX shared a screenshot of a since deleted Instagram post from a user named “jakedajesus254″ on her personal Facebook saying: “This is a final warning to all the [n-word] out there…I’m gonna beat UR a—- I wanna fight every n—– who thinks he can take me.” Scores of other parents caught wind of the warning and as a result withheld 352 out of the 2,200 students that attend the local high school on Friday. No arrests have been made for the threat and no attacks occurred late last week as feared. The superintendent of the Killeen Independent School District has said that they are currently investigating. Read more at The Root.
