K97.5 and BRIAN DAWSON’S 10TH ANNUAL THANKSGIVING TURKEY DRIVE
“If you are looking to give back, here is your chance.”
Raleigh, North Carolina (October 10, 2015) Chase Media, in association with Tishawn Woods Foundation (TSW) and Kroger present the 10th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive. Brian Dawson, Afternoon Radio Personality of K97.5 (WQOK) steps up to the plate to assist Triangle families in need during this holiday season by hosting the “10th Annual Brian Dawson Thanksgiving Turkey Drive.” Brian Dawson is committed to serving the community and giving back and is challenging our community to join him along with Wade Banner of K97.5, TSW Foundation and Kroger in making a difference in our community by contributing to this year’s turkey drive. We will be donating turkeys to Raleigh Rescue Mission and Durham Rescue Mission, as well as various churches and civic groups and raising funds to assist Carolina Elite 6th Grade Boys AAU team. The turkey drive dates are October 10, 2015 until November 19, 2015.
Last year over 150 turkeys were donated. This year the mission is to donate over 200 turkeys! Each turkey has an average cost of $10. Donations are also tax deductible. 80% of all monies collected will be donated to purchasing turkeys with 20% going to Carolina Elite team for the 2015-2016 travel season. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
Financial contributions will be accepted by mail at TSW Foundation Administration Office, 105 Honeysuckle Lane, Durham, NC 27703. Donations will also be accepted online at tswturkeydrive.eventbrite.com. For detailed information, please contact iambriandawson1@gmail.com
