Rapper Rick Ross just won a big time victory in court. A judge in Georgia showed Ross some leniency, and approved his request to be taken off of house arrest so he can travel for performances, and other business related matters. Fayette County Superior Court Judge Tommy Hankinson approved
Ross’ request to travel outside of Georgia, but the rapper is still required to inform the court whenever he plans to leave. The judge did banRoss from travelling Muscogee County, Ga which is where his alleged victim now lives.
Ross and his bodyguard are accused of kidnapping and pistol whipping a landscaper who was doing some work on his property.
