We haven’t seen slayage like this before! Grammy winner, Adele, sold 3.38 million copies of her third album, 25, in its opening week.
This surpasses any previous first week sales by any artist of the Nielsen soundscan era (since 1991). N’Sync previously held the title for the most albums sold in one week with No Strings Attached selling 2.42 million copies in 2000.
25 is already the best selling album of 2015. What kind of slayage is this? Unprecedented!
