Someone… somewhere.. was willing to pay $2 million for the lone copy of the Wu-Tang Clan‘s secret album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolinand now the mystery man is revealed.

According to Bloomberg, the owner of Wu’s secret album is Martin Shkreli – a pharmaceutical head honcho, hated for recently increasing the price of AIDS drug Daraprim from $17.50 to $750 per tablet.

According to Forbes, the album was recently sold on online auction house Paddle8 for an undisclosed sum of money in the range of millions of dollars. Paddle8 would not reveal the identity of the buyer and would only refer to them as an “American collector.”

After Shkreli’s identity leaked, he mentioned that he hasn’t even listened to the album yet, saying, “I could be convinced to listen to it earlier if Taylor Swift wants to hear it or something like that.”

Shkreli is also refusing to share the album, which came in a silver and nickel box:

“They (fans) didn’t buy the last album or the one before that, and all they had to pay was $10.”
