Kendrick Lamar is blasting a legal battle where a photographer is claiming him and Interscope Records are thieves!! Kendrick is vehemently denying the claims and demanding the suit be thrown out!! According to Bossip:
The lawsuit stated Kendrick released his album “To Pimp a Butterfly” in March of this year. The album included the single “The Blacker the Berry,” which the photographer says is where Kendrick used his photo to promote the single via online marketing on his various social media accounts.

Giordano Cipriani says Kendrick Lamar used his photo of a woman breastfeeding to promote his single, “The Blacker The Berry” without permission or payment.
