The Miami Heat have defeated the Toronto Raptors 102-96 in overtime, of Game 1, taking a 1-0 series lead. The Raptors were down by four with just seconds remaining, but key free throws and a virtual miracle got the game to overtime. Kyle Lowry’s incredible shot from just behind half court tied the game at the buzzer and sent it to OT. The Heat prevailed, however, forcing a turnover when the Raptors had a chance to send it to a second overtime, Goran Dragic led Miami with 26 PTS, while Jonas Valanciunas totaled 22 PTS and 14 REB for the Raptors. Game 2 is on Thursday at 8pm.
