#6 Kentucky has defeated #7 North Carolina 103-100, powered by a huge day from freshman Malik Monk. Monk scored 47 points on 18/28 shooting (8/12 from 3-point range), including a go-ahead three-pointer with 0:16 remaining.
It was some great action packed basketball. The Wildcats are 10-1, while UNC falls to 10-2.
