Rapper Drake tried to lend a helping hand to a man who was contemplating suicide earlier this week. The Canadian rapper reportedly offered to talk the man down from a bridge while on his way back from a performance in Manchester, England.
Sources say that Drake’s bus got stuck in traffic because police were trying to get the man from jumping off of the side of a bridge. A member of Drake’s entourage approached an officer and told him that Drake was willing to speak to the man on the bridge if it would help. Cops declined Drake’s officer, but the man was eventually convinced to come down from the bridge and taken to a hospital for treatment.
