Back in February rapper Young Dolph’s SUV was shot at over 100 times while hanging out in Charlotte for CIAA. Lucky for the Memphis rapper that his vehicle was bulletproof, so there were no injuries in the incident. Police have been working tirelessly to find out who the person was who carried out the act. Today, fellow Memphis rapper Blac Youngsta turned himself in to Charlotte police on charges related to the shooting.
Youngsta surrendered along with two other men after warrants were issued for their arrests in the shooting investigation. The rapper, born Sammie Marquez Benson has been charged with four counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. He was released from Mecklenberg County Jail today at 2:07pm, and is scheduled back in court tomorrow.
