Rapper Boosie Badazz is being accused of kidnapping his 9-year-old daughter and refusing to return the child to her mother. The rapper is heading to court because the mother of the child has filed an emergency motion demanding that the child be returned to her custody.
Boosie’s ex Rachael Wagner went to court on May 12th and filed a petition to assist her with getting her daughter back. She claims that the rapper is living in Alpharetta, Georgia and claims that he has their daughter and will not return her even though the two have never been to court to establish custody of the child.
The mother is demanding that Boosie appear in court and answer questions as to why he has allegedly detained their child and withheld custody of a minor.
