Taxstone has entered a guilty plea in a New York courtroom to federal gun charges in connect with the shooting at a T.I. concert last year in New York that left one man dead.

The podcaster whose real name is Daryl Campbell appeared in Manhattan Federal Court earlier today with his attorney to enter the guilty plea to charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and receiving a gun through interstate commerce.

Tax is looking at up to 20 years in federal prison and a $400,000 fine when he is sentenced.

Authorities have called Taxstone a danger to the community and also have labeled him as being a flight risk after the shooting that left Troy Ave’s friend Ronald McPhatter dead on the night of the shooting.
