Kendall & Kylie have come under fire by the estate of Notorious B.I.G after dropping an unathorized t-shirt on Thursday with his image along with 2pac. The t-shirt features Kylie and Kendall’s faces superimposed over the rap legends’ and were selling for $125. They have since been pulled.

Biggie’s mother, Voletta Wallace, was immediately not here for it and shut it down on sight, and is even threatening a lawsuit according to reports. Even though Kendall and Kylie apologized, Voletta is still unmoved.

In a statement to PEOPLE, the estate said, “While we appreciate that the Jenners have made an apology and pulled the unlawful and unauthorized items, this matter has yet to be resolved.”

Check out the apology and Voletta’s original statement below.

I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this.  The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me.  I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt.  This is disrespectful , disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!
