Mendeecees and his lawyer have been filed paperwork this week to make an attempt to appeal his federal prison sentence for drug trafficking. His lawyer asked an appellate court to vacate his sentence because he believes his sentence was given under sentencing guidelines that have expired. They are asking to have the sentence changed to current guidelines which would take about 3.5 years off of his 8 year sentence.
