O.J. Simpson is a free man. He was released just after midnight from the Nevada Correctional Center, only minutes after he was eligible for parole. He was released so quickly because officials wanted to prevent a media circus.
Simpson’s plan is to move to FL, but FL Atty General, Pam Bondi has other plans and has filed paperwork to block the move. O.J. served 9 years for a kidnapping conviction and is now 70 years old.
He told prison officials he doesn’t intend on coming back to jail. Hopefully he can quietly live out the rest of his live in peace.
