Facebook has just announced a partnership with Australia’s eSafety office to build a database that will prevent harmful images fro being shared throughout the internet. Users will be able to upload photos, that they would prefer to be private, to an app that will immediately take the pictures down if posted to Facebook, Messenger, or Instagram. The team is still working on improving the application, but has high hopes for how it will change the presence of revenge porn.
