Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson was just handed a major loss in her custody case against her ex-fiancee David Otunga. A judge granted Otunga primary custody in a temporary agreement earlier today. The judge agreed that the couple’s 8-year-old son should be physically with his father due to Hudson’s significant travel schedule. Hudson is currently in London shooting “The Voice UK” and often has to travel to L.A. to shoot “The Voice”

David has been the primary caregiver of their son due to Jennifer’s work schedule. Hudson also dropped her order of protection which prohibited from having contact with her or their son.
