We’ve all heard in the news that President Trump had an alleged affair with a former pron star, who goes by the name of Stormi Daniels. Well, Stormi has filed a lawsuit against Trump and is now spilling tea about their relationship and the “hush” agreement signed just 11 days before election day.
Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, did admit to paying out $130,000 to Daniels, but insists that his own personal money was used. What wasn’t disclosed was why the money was paid to her, but now Stormi is revealing it was to “hush” her up.
In the lawsuit filed by Stormi, she argues that aliases where used to sign their silence agreement, so therefore it is invalid. She says Trump signed as David Dennison and Stormi signed under the name Peggy Peterson. Stormy also revealed that the money she was given was wired to her through Essential Consultants LLC., which she says was a company created to hide her true source of payment.
She is now asking that a Judge rules the agreement as invalid, which will clear her of any legal consequences from speaking out about the year long affair she claims to have had with Trump!
