It had been rumored that Philadelphia rapper, Meek Mill, was going to be coming home Monday morning, after Philly’s DA Office asked Judge Genece Brinkley to throw out his 2008 case entirely. This would mean that his probation violation case would also be tossed, but it looks like that won’t be happening any time soon.
Judge Brinkley, wasn’t really here for letting Meek out so soon. She scheduled a hearing surrounding the matter for June, meaning Meek will be sitting in jail until then.
