Drake’s dad, Dennis Graham was spotted in WeHo, when he was asked about Jamie Foxx being accused of slapping a woman with his penis, 16 years ago. Dennis, who seemed to be a bit intoxicated, said he couldn’t really speak on Jamie’s situation, but he did offer up a piece of advice for women involved in the #MeToo movement.
