Former Murda Inc. artists Ja Rule and Ashanti are planning to drop a joint album similar to Jay-Z and Beyonce’s ‘Everything Is Love’ project. Ja told his followers on Instagram that he and Ashanti should make a comeback by joining forces on a new album “for the culture”.
Apparently, the two have been planning on doing this for a while because in an interview with Entertainment Tonight Ashanti revealed that the album is in the making.
The singer said:
“Listen, me and Rule, it’s so funny because we’ve been talking about that for so long, but I think now he’s like, ‘OK, now it’s time to do it.” She added “So we’re going to carve out the time and make it happen.”
